Loren Ma

Ms. Loren Ma graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 2020, and she passed the Chinese bar exam that same year. Eager to broaden her legal horizons, she pursued a master’s degree in EU and International Law from the University of Amsterdam, cementing her expertise in global legal dynamics. Currently, she proudly serves as a Legal Counsel at Jomec (Rotterdam office), harnessing her knowledge to provide insightful legal support in both the Chinese and EU company law domains, as well as in cross-border M&A transactions.
